Nathan has engineered award-winning albums from acoustic to classical. These include midwest-based artists Paul Otteson & Faux Fawn, John Statz, Tony Memmel, and the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra. His work is ongoing as an engineer for studio and live sound.

Nathan is the Director of Music Industry at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He teaches audio production courses within the Department of Music, preparing students for successful careers in the diverse and ever-changing industry.

Nathan created the YouTube channel, "Mindful Peace Journey" to teach meditation and anxiety relief. He has also presented at music conferences across the country over a number of years and engineered numerous albums. His most recent project is titled: "Birth/Rebirth".
